Membership ID Cards

Lincolnton Parks & Recreation Department now requires patrons to have a membership ID card to be granted access into the gym and racquetball courts. The ID card program was created for safety purposes within our facilities, and everyone who enters the facility at the Lentz Recreation Center is required to possess and present an ID issued by the Parks & Recreation Department. You may obtain an ID by seeing a Parks & Recreation Department staff member. Any person under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign and present the completed membership ID form to Department staff.

A printable version of the Membership ID Form is available here!
