Employee Assistance Program

The City of Lincolnton offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through McLaughlin Young Group to employees and their immediate family members.

The program is a free confidential counseling and referral service to assist with problems such as:

• Chemical/alcohol dependency

• Financial problems

• Marital/family problems

• Stress
