Resident and business owner input is needed for the Police Chief selection process.
Due to the recent retirement of Police Chief Rodney Jordan, the City of Lincolnton is currently recruiting a new police chief. Resident & business owner comments are an important part of the city's hiring process. Please take this VERY SHORT survey to help define the opportunities, priorities, and leadership qualities for the next Lincolnton Police Chief.
Consistent with most NC public safety recruitment efforts, the city has partnered with an independent consulting firm, Developmental Associates, to guide this hiring process to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome. The link will take you to a survey form from Developmental Associates. All surveys are completely anonymous and will remain confidential. The survey should take about 90 seconds to complete.
