Public hearing scheduled to consider closing Cleveland Avenue.
Public Notice: Public Hearing on Cleveland Ave Closure
The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Lincolnton will, on the 6th day of April 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092, pursuant to G.S. 160A-299, consider a resolution to close an un-opened street, Cleveland Avenue.
All abutting property owners are hereby notified to appear at this meeting to present any objections that they may have with respect to the closing of the street.
