The sale of city-owned personal property will be negotiated by the city finance director.

PUBLIC NOTICE: SALE OF CITY OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Lincolnton has authorized the city finance director to sell by private sale the following items of city-owned personal property:
Police K-9 “Chase” & Police K-9 “Nash”
A private sale will be negotiated with Sgt. Devane Rushing and Sgt. Randy Carroll respectively, who covenants and agrees to hold the City of Lincolnton harmless from any claims arising on or after the date of the bill of sale which arise from or relate to the personal property hereby transferred.
