Special Joint Meeting

The Lincolnton City Council and the Lincoln County Commissioners will hold a joint meeting on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Lincoln County Administration Building, 353 North Generals Blvd. Lincolnton, North Carolina.   

The purpose of this meeting is to hear from the Development Finance Initiative (DFI) staff, professionals from the School of Government, regarding recruiting developers and investors, as well as the subject of engaging in public-private partnerships and the necessary legal agreements to accomplish adaptive reuse of historic buildings.
