The NC Governor’s EO204 Further Easing of Restrictions on businesses and gatherings is effective 3/26/21. The Order increases the capacity limits for certain businesses and lifts the restriction on alcohol sales for on-site consumption. The mass gathering limit is increased to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. EO204 has three general categories of occupancy restrictions, see the EO204 FAQ's for details. The order requires social distancing protocols, sanitation standards, other public health restrictions, and NCDHHS Guidance remain in effect.
