The City has been working with Centralina Council of Government in developing a Strategic Plan. The draft version is a result of numerous committee meetings and also from an Open House Public Engagement held on June 2nd. Various committees have been assigned to work on the strategic priorities identified. Once this process is completed, a Financial Plan will be developed that identifies potential funding required to implement the plan. Updates to the process will be posted on the website.
