A vehicle crashed into a City of Lincolnton electrical pole which has knocked out power to a broad area west of North & South Grove Street.
A vehicle crashed into a City of Lincolnton electrical pole near the intersection of South Grove & Childs Street. The accident knocked out power to a broad area west of North and South Grove Street from Clarks Creek to Betty Ross Park, with some outages east of Grove Street.
City of Lincolnton electric utility crews are on site working to repair the damage as quickly and safely as possible. Residents are advised that repairs could take all night due to the extent of the damage.
