I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the City of Lincolnton, Lincoln County Schools (property owner of 803 North Aspen Street), the State of North Carolina, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, and Lincoln County, their officers, officials, agents, employees, and/or volunteers from any and all claims, damages, injuries or rights of action which the applicant may incur by reason of the Christmas Parade.
In consideration of being allowed to participate and take part in the 2018 Lincolnton Christmas Parade, said consideration begin in all and for my/our/its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, acquit and forever discharge the City of Lincolnton, Lincoln County Schools (property owner of 803 North Aspen Street), and its servants, employees, agents and partnerships, of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, compensation whatsoever, which the undersigned now has/have or which may and hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries and property damage and the consequences thereof resulting or to result from my/our/its preparation for and participation in the event to be held November 26, 2017 in the City of Lincolnton, Lincoln County, North Carolina.
The entry application has read the release and fully understands it.
ATTENTION: If you are having parents drop children off to participate in the parade you MUST have someone stationed at the event entrance for the duration of the lineup time to direct children to their location. Parents will NOT be able to drop children off inside of the parade staging area. Applicants should notify children and their parents of these conditions prior to the event date.
