The NC Governor’s EO204 Further Easing of Restrictions on businesses and gatherings is effective 3/26/21. The Order increases the capacity limits for certain businesses and lifts the restriction on alcohol sales for on-site consumption. The mass gathering limit is increased to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. EO204 has three general categories of occupancy restrictions, see the EO204 FAQ's for details. View all NC Executive Orders at this LINK.

The order requires social distancing protocols, sanitation standards, other public health restrictions, and NCDHHS Guidance remain in effect.

A face covering is still required in all public indoor settings if there are nonhousehold members present, regardless of the individual’s ability to maintain social distance. Face coverings continue to be required in public outdoor settings if individuals are unable to maintain six feet of social distance from non-household members.

The City of Lincolnton issued a proclamation mandating compliance with the face-mask requirements by businesses and persons within the City of Lincolnton. More information, resources & links can be found on the city website www.LincolntonNC.org/Covid
