The NC Governor’s EO181 Modified Stay-at-Home & Early Closure Order remains in effect through January 8, 2021, and places NC under modified "Stay-at-Home" restrictions. Individuals must remain at home between 10PM-5AM and non-essential businesses will be closed from 10AM-5AM. The order extends capacity & gathering limits from previous orders and requires face coverings and social distancing in all public places and all indoor settings if there are nonhousehold members present, regardless of the distance away.
