City offices will open at 10am on Tuesday, 12/11

clearing Main Street

All city offices and facilities will have a delayed opening at 10am on Tuesday, 12/11. There will NOT be any solid waste trash pickup on Tuesday. We will announce solid waste pickup routes and instructions on Tuesday afternoon based on conditions and whether trucks can safely run routes.

With overnight temperatures below freezing predicted for the rest of the week, expect black ice on Tuesday morning. The current NWS forecast indicates lows in the mid-20's for extended periods overnight, making travel difficult until it warms up later in the morning.

Our public works crews have been busy since the storm started restoring power and clearing streets & roads. Main Street is completely clear! And thanks to our fire and police departments for keeping us safe.
