2. Where do I pay my parking ticket?

Parking tickets may be paid Monday through Friday (except during holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street.

2017-2018 Fee Schedule.

5. How can I pay my utility bill?

There are five ways to pay your bill; by Mail, In Person, Night Depository, Bank Draft or Online. Details on each of these methods can be found on Utility Bill Payments page.

6. My bill seems unusually high compared to previous ones. What should I do?

Contact the Utility Billing office at 704-736-8980 to have your account reviewed.
